It is our job as your chosen Real Estate Broker to make sure that you are protected from these as much as possible. So from time to time we will message you or write in our eflyer to notify you of any scams that may affect you.

It has come to our attention that in the Central Florida area that there are some unscrupulous people who are working without a real estate license praying on buyers and sellers. CAVEAT EMPTOR: Buyer beware and also seller beware. Always work with a fully Licensed Realtors and DO NOT give your credit card details to ANYONE OVER THE PHONE. NOBODY should be asking you for money over the phone in a real estate transaction. All the more reason to check you are working with a fully Licensed Realtor or Fully Licensed Broker to handle your real estate sales transaction.
