Yet another Scam has come out of the woodwork this week! Just seems to be one after another this year! This a lot of people have been receiving an email from a title company with a download request for either a listing agreement or a contract signing. Please DO NOT open this download link because it is a scam / bug.
I remind you, if you receive any letter via mail or any email that is asking you to open up a link OR fill out information on a link or asking for any personal information, PLEASE BEWARE! There should be no one calling you from Florida asking your for information over the phone.
