How Vacay & Co Real Estate continue to Serve you during COVID-19

Up to today (2nd April 2020) – thus far, real estate has continued as per normal. However, from Midnight tonight, we are going to see some changes and we need to pivot around those changes.

This Executive Order is going to start 2nd April 2020 midnight for 30 days!

It isn’t great for vacation rentals, however, it won’t last forever. We are here to assist you in the best way possible.

The positive news for real estate is as per The Executive Order, residential and commercial real estate, including settlement services, are considered essential services. Although members may continue to operate, they are not required to do so.

So what does this mean for the real estate market? As per Executed Order, buyers can still pursue and put contracts on houses for sale and sellers can still list their homes for sale.

In order to facilitate that, we, as Brokers and agents can continue with our services and all home inspectors / appraisers / lenders etc / title companies, will continue “business as usual”.

Our services are considered as “essential services”. We are continuing to work with buyers and sellers who are still wishing to pursue real estate services at this time.

However, due to COVID 19, we are going to have to make some changes and to definitely pivot during this time.
